LOW LIGHT PISTOL 1
Low Light Pistol 1
Bad guys tend to operate during hours of diminished light. Before we employ lethal force, we must be able to positively identify if an unknown is friend or foe. A very overlooked skill is being able to correctly and effectively manipulate a handheld light while using a handgun. In our 3 hour Low Light Pistol 1 course, we discuss the science of vision, define what “low light” is, discuss legal ramifications when not properly identifying a potential threat in low light, and what to consider when picking handheld and weapons mounted light. Understanding this information is all crucial expanding your knowledge and increasing your capabilities as a responsible gun owner. On the range, we go over handheld light techniques, as well as how to properly utilize a weapons mounted light.
